We live in St. Augustine FL and we’re looking to take back some St. Augustine merchandise back to our family in Pennsylvania for Christmas. This shop definitely had nice good quality St. Augustine FL apparel and souvenirs. If they don’t have something already made that you like on the racks you can pick out whatever color sweatshirt or T-shirt and they will custom make something for you. Definitely will be our first stop again when looking for St. Augustine FL merchandise to take back home.

I’m writing this review one year after visiting the store. When we traveled to St. Augustine last summer we stopped in and Loved the selection in the store! We got several hats and shirts while we were visiting and the employees were so helpful. One of those hats became my 4 year olds favorite bucket hat and has been worn to the pool, beach, baseball games and everywhere else in the last year. She unfortunately left it at a beach on a trip we took this summer and was devastated. I reached out to Souvenir City to see if they could possibly still have it or something similar. Thankfully they did, and they were so amazing and sent me pictures to confirm it was the right hat and shipped it to me! My kiddo is ecstatic! So, definitely stop here to get all of your St Augustine souvenirs and say hi to the super helpful and friendly people who work there! 🩷

Shovel was a great representative of the company. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about all her products. My Tdate and I purchased their hoodies because they are made out of the best material. It took my Tdate 15 minutes to decide on the print but Shovel had it on the hoodie in 10 seconds. You rock!

We were at Pirate’s Paradise down a few stores from this place and the service was not as nice as this store… Old City Souvenir has a wonderful, well organized merchandise and the staff is very welcoming. Lauren was helping us and a few other customers at the same time and nobody felt rushed to make a decision. Both places have good clothing but Pirate’s Paradise manager was impatient, short, rude and wouldn’t want to accommodate our free decals.

This door was my favorite and saint augustine! I was able to make my own handpicked, zipp up hoodies and tank tops. I got funky colors that were bright and beautiful and picked my favorite decals while they made them. The perfect souvenir store

We were so happy to find the Florida shirts we were looking for here! The staff were super helpful and we loved the variation of decals you could put on the shirts. They pressed the decals on the shirts right there and it was super quick, the shirts turned out great! Definitely recommend.
